Lacas Coffee is one of the nation's oldest family run coffee importers. Since 1921 we have imported the highest quality new crop Arabica beans direct from family owned plantations. Our Original Blends, Special Blends, and Certified Varietals are custom roasted at our state of the art facility and delivered fresh to demanding restaurants, hotels, and specialty coffee shops.

The Lacas Coffee roasting style has been developed over 80 years to coax full, deep flavors and rich textures from premium green coffees. The individual character of each of our coffees is completely developed and not lost in over roasting and charring.

We are a third generation company. Our owners are also our lead cuppers and roasters, and average between them three decades of experience.

We are a full service company for the food service industry. We supply at no additional charge:
1. training for all filter coffee and espresso coffee brewing
2. beverage making on a wide variety of equipment
3. coffee menu development consulting
4. all brewing equipment on loan for filter coffees
5. seven day service for loaned equipment
6. We are authorized distributors for the sale or lease of Faema and Iberital espresso machines, Bunn Granita equipment and Vita Mix blenders for smoothies.

Dine for America

A benefit for the American Red Cross

On October 5, 2005, restaurants across the country will band together in a "Dine for America" day, a national fundraising effort to support the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund and help those affected by Hurricane Katrina.

Lacas Coffee Company is proud to join forces with The National Restaurant Association to support this worthy cause.
