The Shipping & Return Policies stated on this page apply ONLY to www.lacascoffee.com retail purchases.

Order and Shipment Confirmations

When you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact orders@lacascoffee.com.

When your order ships, you will receive a second email confirming your shipment. After the shipping confirmation has been sent, you can not make any changes to your order.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped the first available business day, unless otherwise indicated in your order confirmation.
Expedited 2 Day Shipping is processed the first business day, and takes 2 full business days to ship thereafter. (An order on Monday would process on Tuesday, and be delivered by Thursday)

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible.

Flat Rate Shipping & Free Shipping

All orders under $60 ship with a flat rate of $6.95 per order. Orders $60 and up get FREE SHIPPING.

Return Policy

We at Lacas want you to be completely satisfied with your product. You may return an order within 30 days for either a refund or a replacement. Refunds for shipping costs are issued on a case-by-case basis.
