Order & Shipment Confirmation
When you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us using the form located here.
When your order ships, you will receive a second email confirming your shipment. After the shipping confirmation has been sent, you can not make any changes to your order.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible.
Shipping Policy & Rates
We only ship to valid US addresses.
All orders under $60 ship with a flat rate of $6.95 per order. Orders $60 and up get FREE SHIPPING with code "60SHIP".
All orders are usually shipped the first available business day, unless otherwise indicated in your order confirmation.
We are currently working on adding more shipping options!
We at Lacas want you to be completely satisfied with your product. You may return an order within 30 days for either a product refund or a replacement. We are not liable for any complaints made over 30 days after receiving your order.
Damaged, missing, or wrong-item order returns and replacement shipping will be paid by Lacas Coffee Company. All other shipping charges for returns or exchanges due to customer error or preference are to be paid by the customer.
